Initially our concern entered in railway clearing and transport contract for leading public sector companies like Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF), Madras Fertilizer Limited (MFL) and Cement Corporation of India Limited (CCI) at Salem, Trichy and Coimbatore. Our concern gained rich experience in the field over this phase.

On the year, 2002 German Trading Corporation embarked in marketing of fertilizer, manufacturing of N:P:K Standard mixtures and micro- nutrient fertilizers. Moreover, IPL (Indian Potash Ltd.) appointed GTC as a Buffer Stockist, Rake handling and transport contractor since 2002. German Trading Corporation was felicitated with state level awards from IPL, SPIC, RCF over the years of achievements.

• GTC values customer relationship and works on unremittingly to ameliorate their experience with us. GTC provides its own trucks for transport and regular, timely supply of products to our dealers during non- availability of trucks.
• Quality and quantity is our primitive concern and all products are manufactured as per Government guidelines (FCO 1985) and are analysed to ascertain the quality of the products by experienced chemists in our own laboratory. Customer Satisfaction is ensured at basic level with well equipped factory sufficing hi-tech machineries.
• Our firm has a well established network all over Tamilnadu with well competent marketing officers and duly committed staffs

Founder, Mr.Velumani R. (Proprietor) established German Trading Corporation (GTC) over the year 1997. He holds MA degree in Loyola, Chennai with a Post Graduate Diploma in Integrated Rural Development Studies in Madras Christian College and additionally a Post Graduate diploma in Marketing Management under Annamalai University.

Mr.Velumani R. hails from a farming community and apparently he understands the needs & requirements of farming community. Apart from the business motive of profit making, he is also intended to uplift & improve the standard of living of the farming community.

In addition to manufacturing and distributing, GTC also serves as a buffer stockist for Indian Potash Limited (IPL), since 2001 and handles more than 40,000 tons of fertilizers per annum.
